My name is Hardave Birk and I’d like to be your Students’ Union President next year. I feel that I’m by far the most qualified, passionate and experienced person to act as your advocate within the University of Calgary. Throughout my time on campus I’ve been committed to working for students first as a volunteer on campus, then Op-Fi commissioner, and finally as the Vice President External for the SU this year.

  • Fourth year - Development Studies/Anthropology (double major)
    • Development Studies is my passion – I believe in what I study
  • Have been in the SU for two years now in the Student Life commission
    • In 2009/2010 I was voted hardest working SU elected official by my colleagues (only two awards granted)
  • I continue to push for better clubs support – I have immense respect for all our clubs
