I am a very skilled and qualified math tutor and recent Math PhD graduate from UofC. I taught university math courses for a decade before pursuing my PhD and have also worked as a curriculum design specialist. I have taught at least a hundred sections of each of Calc 1, Calc 2, Linear Algebra, and Math 12 as well as many other university math courses (multivariable calculus, discrete math, differential equations, math for teachers, analysis, intro stats, probability, etc). Most of the courses in my list I have personally taught (the remaining ones I have TAd)
I am very familiar with the struggles of adult learners, second language learners, and general pitfalls that all students face.
My career has taken me away from academia but I miss teaching math and particularly love working with individual students to bring up their confidence (and grades!).
