This workshop goes beyond simply teaching participants how to fight off an attacker\, also focusing on boundary setting and regaining control. Participants learn to build healthier relationships and navigate difficult interactions with more ease. EmpowerU challenges the victim-blaming status quo and supports students in building the confidence needed to set boundaries and navigate challenging interpersonal situations.
