In fact\, it can lead to incredible personal and professional growth\, opening up new and wonderful paths. Come join this powerful and intimate discussion featuring guest-speaker Valeria Rusnak\, host of The Rejected Pre-Med podcast\, a show where she explores the often-overlooked power of rejection\, and how it can transform your life. Through personal stories and insightful interviews\, her podcast is all about embracing failure\, finding resilience\, and building mental wellness through emotional regulation\, compassion and self-care. The truth is\, we’ve all been rejected at some point – we just don’t talk about it enough. What you can expect from this event: Think of this event as a live podcast experience where Valeria will be sharing her own stories of rejection\, some powerful stories she’s heard on the podcast from her guests\, and the main takeaways that can help us all grow from setbacks. You’ll have the opportunity to ask her questions and the session will be facilitated by a mental health counsellor.
