CLUBS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM DISTRIBUTING ANY FOOD OR BEVERAGES DURING CLUBS’ WEEK.
CLUBS CAUGHT DOING SO WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

Where: MacEwan Student Centre North & South Courtyard
Rules
- Clubs may only set up during the official hours (above).
- Club displays must be removed at the end of every day.
- Each club display must only occupy their allotted space.
- Respect the displays of other clubs.
- Music must be kept at a low volume.
- The SU is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Only one warning will be given for violation of any rules before associated privileges are revoked.
- If a club does not show up by 12 noon, their table may be taken by another club for that day at the discretion of the CSOs.
