When: September 14 to 18, 2026, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Where: MacEwan Student Centre North & South Courtyard
Please note that on Tuesday Sept 15th there is a fire drill in the morning, clubs may begin setting up at 10am.
Rules
- Clubs may only set up during the official hours (above).
- Club displays must be removed at the end of every day.
- Each club display must only occupy their allotted space.
- Respect the displays of other clubs.
- Music must be kept at a low volume.
- The SU is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Only one warning will be given for violation of any rules before associated privileges are revoked.

Please find schedules and table maps below, this year they are combined. Any yellow highlights indicate electrical use for the club. These have been updated and fixed as of Sept 11, 1:30pm – previously some tables were cut off.
